"If you are looking for a nutritionist, look no further! Jane is the most incredible nutritionist I have ever worked with, ESPECIALLY if you have a history of eating disorders. I have tried calorie counting (and other diets) in the past, but none have worked with my lifestyle. Jane does not expect you to drastically change your lifestyle: she works WITH you to make small little changes that end up making a huge impact! She listens, provides thoughtful feedback, and is so incredibly caring. I cannot recommend her enough; since working with her (and still eating all of the things I like--I literally haven't cut out anything) I have been slowly dropping off unhealthy weight AND my blood pressure/heart rate have dropped into a healthy range. I have only been working with her for a couple months and I had to buy smaller pants!! This time, I know I will keep the weight off because these changes have been so simple that I can do them for the rest of my life (and still go out to get my fav Chipotle bowl once in a while!). If you are not used to cooking your meals, that might be a new change for you, but she offers so many meal prep options that you can organize your food such that you only cook a couple times a week. All of the recipes she has given me are absolutely delicious; even my partner loves them! Truly, if you are looking how to create a better, healthier lifestyle for yourself, Jane is your answer.
